Here at Big Print Limited our customers mean a lot to us. We want you to be absolutely happy with every purchase made from us. However, if you are dissatisfied with anything purchased from us please do not hesitate to contact us. Below are some guidelines to help you if you wish to return something.
problems with orders
The easiest way of letting us know about a problem is to ring us within 5 working days of receiving your goods. Our phone number is 0845 470 4040, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you with any query you may have. Alternatively, you can email us. However it is always advisable to ring first as you will get an immediate reply to your query.
issues with design work
As the majority of products are designed to a customer’s specification, any issues with design should be dealt with prior to printing. We will not offer refunds if you are unhappy with designs if they have been approved and signed off by you.

All products purchased from us are guaranteed against mechanical failure for 6 months from the date of purchase. Faulty products may be exchanged or a refund given provided that proof of purchase and faults are supplied. If you do need to return something to us please ring us as soon as possible. Once you have spoken to us, wrap the package securely taking into consideration its contents and dispatch to the address below. Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return. However in some cases though it may not be necessary to return the item(s) after you have spoken to a member of staff, and for this reason it is always best to phone us first.
