The Zoom Water Bases are for use on outdoor flat terrain. A handy moulded carry handle makes moving the base to your desired location easy. The water base has an adjustable collar to secure the flag pole and keep it upright. For use with cross bases only and flags up to 3.4M. Not recommended for use outside in windy or stormy conditions.
